ŠTĚCHOVICE TERRACES

The Štěchovice Terraces project is in an attractive locality, near the capital city. Town Štěchovice is located south from Prague on the left side of Vltava River and it is a pleasant place in which to live.

It is an extraordinary place, where residents are in direct contact with nature, enjoying its tranquility and privacy but, at the same time, Prague and other towns (Davle, Slapy, Měchenice) are within easy reach.

Štěchovice provides all public amenities. There are various shops, a nursery school, elementary school, town library, general practitioner, dentist, drug store and even a veterinarian and more.

The area of the family houses itself is directly next to the nursery school, elementary school and bus terminal.

The advantages of this city are good transport opportunities: it is easily accessible within 20 minutes from Zbraslav, 35 minutes from the bus station near the Smíchovské nádraží metro station. It is possible to get into Prague via Davle and Strakonická street in Zbraslav in 30 minutes. The Václav Havel Airport is easily accessible, as is the D1 highway by simply going through the Prague ring road near Zbraslav.

The family houses are in a calm residential area in Štěchovice. Our aim is to offer our clients attractive, quiet and private housing with a view on the Vltava River valley and the beautiful pseudo-gothic church with its parsonage. Štěchovice is near the Slapy recreational area, providing a wide variety of water sports, including yachting and several anchorage opportunities (for example at Modrá loděnice www.modralodenice.cz). Golf enthusiasts will enjoy golfing at Golf Park Slapy – Svatý Jan, which is one of the most popular golf areas in the Czech Republic: www.golfslapy.cz

Acclaimed architect akad. arch. Ing. Kateřina Vávrová is responsible for this project. She designed these double houses specifically with its surrounding terrain and the village area of Štěchovice in mind.
