Throughout his professional career, he has been working in the field of capital construction for more than 21 years. Oldřich is an experienced professional with knowledge acquired in a number of renowned, international and local real estate companies. He personally participated in the management of a number of important projects in the Czech Republic and in the CEE region and held important positions in the management of companies. He applies his years of experience in acquisitions, structured finance and project management with a focus on projects with high added value.
Oldřich graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University with a focus on architecture and urbanism, the Open University and a number of subsequent study specializations during his professional life.
