Klamovka Park and Terasy Štěchovice.

Today we managed to meet and, in beautiful sunny weather, raise a toast to the successful construction of the Terasy Štěchovice project, this unique project that will rise in truly uneven terrain, but in a wonderful location for living.

Even the builder’s goulash turned out great!

So let’s hope for good weather and as few problems as possible!

The general contractor of the construction is Kafer s.r.o.

We have achieved something unusual in Prague! Within 22 months of starting the design process, we obtained a legally valid building permit for the Klamovka Park project on 4 May 2024 through a combined zoning and building procedure. Our sincere thanks go to the building authority in Prague 5 and the Prague 5 municipal district for their highly cooperative approach.
