Building Permit Granted!

We have achieved something unusual in Prague! Within 22 months of starting the design process, we obtained a legally valid building permit for the Klamovka Park project on 4 May 2024 through a combined zoning and building procedure. Our sincere thanks go to the building authority in Prague 5 and the Prague 5 municipal district for their highly cooperative approach.
