Founder and Managing Director of the company, responsible for the group’s strategic management. Oldřich has been active in the field of investment construction for more than 21 years. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience gained in prestigious international as well as Czech real estate companies. He has been involved in the management of numerous major projects in the Czech Republic and across the CEE region, holding key managerial positions. He applies his long-standing expertise in acquisitions, structured financing, and project management—particularly in projects with high added value. Oldřich is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague (Architecture and Urbanism), the Open University, and several specialized professional studies.

The story of our company began during the First Czechoslovak Republic. We build on a long-standing family tradition in construction and architecture, which has been passed down through four generations of the Mach family.
From the very beginning, our focus has been primarily on residential construction. As a developer and general contractor, we combine high-quality architectural design with precise execution. Equally important to us is client care, inspired by the values and experience of our founders.
